Good stuff you guys. I will email. There is a Creditors meeting on I think 31 March in Sydney and SHs are welcome as observers. I can't attend but would be good if a representative of SHs did.Check with Ferrier Hodgson. I would also support a SPP even though I am seriously finacially affected (read broken) by this.
They do have the option, as I understand it,of saving the company.But there would need to be great support. Of the 17,500 SHs apparently only 2,500 supported the SPP in Dec.
