It's very difficult to make comparisons and they're only made in certain contexts.
It is definitely in the same region but the discovery doesn't have the same key characteristics in relation to the likely full extent of the resource, and the ability of the company to exploit them.

For instance,
Radio Hill is owned by Artemis Resources ARX and it has
- no surface expression,
- a strike length of 600 m and a horizontal width of up to 25 m. (this may have been extended but I got sick of trying to navigate the anns) The mineralization plunges 20° to the southwest with a southerly dip varying from 75° in the west to about 20° – 30° in the east
- 1.15 million tonnes grading 0.52% nickel, 0.73% copper and 277ppm cobalt, which contains 5980 tonnes of nickel, 8395 tonnes of copper and 318 tonnes of cobalt.
- a processing plant (interesting, as AZS might get an agreement to access this?)

Andover
- has surface expression.
- a strike length of at least 1 km and horizontal width expanding, as well it is open.
- 12 other similar sites to this one on the one tenement (!)
- different mineralisation averages so far but these are very early days, with only lab results for the first 3 holes.
- No cobalt so far. No processing plant. (Nothing turns on this because of the other differences).

ARX has 11c SP and 1.12 billion shares on issue. ARX has a number of tenements but not the funds that AZS has. Or the same exploration expertise from what I can work out.

AZS 93c and about 300 million on issue (244.29 million at 30 Nov 2020).

AZS has proven Ag and Au reserves in Mexico which are close to the surface and can be easily mined.
A small but highly mineralised cobalt tenement in Mexico.

There are other differences and it seems pointless to go into a detailed comparison with tenements etc.

You're only looking at what's left of the resource at Radio Hill, not what was discovered there and has been mined out. The original resource was something in the order of 2.5Mt @ 1.5% Ni, 1.4% Cu. I'm not comparing the company that has it now vs AZS as it's irrelevant, only looking at the deposit style. You'd still be pretty happy with that as a start if it were found here.
