    Acees - are you sure. Since CETO pumps water ashore to generate power, presumably there are water driven turbines required on shore. Is it not these turbines they may be tendering for? I assume Carnegie will either manufacture or oversee the manufacture of the CETO units.

    Haven't had time to view the article Bankroll posted but I will now after that tasty tidbit.
