So now CHN (held) has announced a new SPP. The same parameters as CYM. Min$2k Max $30k. in this instance they're raising $100million, so it's same deal on a larger scale. I wonder if the CHN SPP roll-out will be as poorly managed as we've seen with CYM.. it's a pity that small share-holders get steam-rolled so often.. Maybe CHN will be different..
