My annoyance about the company switching the dates without notice is tempered by the excellent service I received earlier today when I had my complaint regarding emails resolved expeditiously by the Chief Financial Officer of the company who has taken on the roll of shareholder liaison.

So think about that for one moment. The excellent service I received was not at the hands of an overseas call centre with a standard customer is always right mantra and no ability to actually fix something that they did not receive training on when employed.

Then think about the fact that the Chief Financial Officer of the company fixed my complaint about emails.

This company is about two things introducing paradigm shifting technology (which half the tech world believes is useless because LeCunn told them) and having it bought by Tier 1 and Fortune 500 companies and NASA.

To this end the Chief Financial Officer is playing office junior.

So focused on these goals are they that the Chief Financial Officer in his roll as office junior is fixing complaints about emails.

As for all those who suggest the rest of the corporate world is perfect you should come and live in the real world where I reside.

Mistakes and service delivery failures abound across the corporate sector. I defy any honest person to come on here and suggest they have never had an issue with their Bank, their insurer, their power supplier, their local, state or federal government department etc; etc;.

I am annoyed with the company for not putting out an announcement in some form advising about the delay but mainly because it has led to the need for this post.
