Minutes -Just started to look at them, first thing that struck me is the $19M debt owed by CMR to JV, this is material and should have been disclosed, says to me trading whilst insolvent and allowing shares to trade whilst vital information was not disclosed, lawyers are going to have a field day and ASIC will have an easy case.

Anyone please correct me if this was disclosed and I missed something.
