Down 31% so someone is interpreting the announcement in a negative way. It is unbelievable they can put an announcement out that retail investors cant follow. What I would like to know is is refinancing assured and are there any covenants involved. Its incredible that not that long ago the 47,300,000 shares traded today would have fetched about $47mill and today sold for about $1.3mill. AND I thought it was a good defensive stocks to be in.
