SP hardly moving isn't a surprise. The growth may have been somewhat expected but more importantly still no news on how much the margins are impacted by the less profitable products (e.g. chrome extension, pay-anywhere).
Analysts and institutional investors aren't stupid, they need to know that all of these new customers and new sales are actually feeding into the company's bottom line. Hotcopper posters don't care about any of that, they see growth and immediately think it's profit.
So why is APT up today on no news?
Z1P's announcement is actually good news for APT. Quadpay's strong growth suggests APT will also have a lot of growth in this period, and with all of that growth translating into 4-6% margins it means analysts/institutional investors can draw positive conclusions from this announcement.
It's not rocket science... But when reading hot copper forums it may as well be.
