Actually I have a different theory which I have seen on another stock recently.
I believe everyone will get their fill, & as opposed to raising $3m, they may raise $6m, more possibly & just allot more shares.
Now I haven't gone through the docs properly, but if there is a definite "we won't go beyond $3m", then fair enough but if there isn't, then I reckon this may happen.
Just a thought.
