Yeah, sorry Silk Jimmy Jams, I wasn't quick enough to stop the major shareholders getting the deal of a lifetime, the whole company for ~ US$2m if the fund raising fails. I wish I or the existing shareholders could get a deal like that (or a 12% rate of interest like the Directors).
I recommend all current SHs to support this fund raising to protect their investment. If it fails, it may well get to 2-3 cents even quicker than I expected.
