You seriously believe a litigious company like Microsoft would install NOR's software into a Tier 1 Telco without any formal agreements?
It would certainly explain why there is no revenue from a project with 65m subscribers.

Are they really still in talks? NOR only provides updates on this at each AGM. Has NOR ever disclosed that talks have discontinued? Is there even a mechanism for the discontinuation of talks? Could it be as simple as Metaswitch saying: we will get back to you. The classic company fob-off and NOR says: partnerships afoot/on foot.
