i agree champ,
maybe it is the second coming of the U bull?
Perhaps it is the fact that credit crunch restricting new supplies, will force the U rally.
That and many other supply problems, and demand for a greener earth, and reactors that cant be swithed off, and the forward thinking about the drop of russian nukes in the supply chain.
Many things point to this new wave, and maybe its just position taking.
Then theres m&a.
