Don't take this as a smartass reply but do you understand how it works when a company goes into administration?
Our management have absolutely no power anymore. The company has been taken from them and is now in the control of the administrators.
Thats why you are not seeing any annoucements from Altura Management as they no longer represent the company and have no authority.
As to why they didn't look for a deal like PLS has done with Aus Super?
My guess is nobody would touch a company in financial ruin trying to pay off hundreds of millions in debt at 15% interest.
