24 and no assets = Lazy
I have 3 years on you and holding 3 properties and moved out of home at 17. My parents or any other family did not guarantee any loans for me. They did however give some help around the properties ie cleaning the place up. Thanks again.
Living at home at 24 bludging off the parents is just lazy.
