No arguments as to Euroz not being a longterm holder.
However, they're an insider and to underwrite at 7cps suggests to me they have done the sums and figure they wont be selling at a loss, if indeed they have to make up a shortfall in the entitlements issue.
That said, even the insiders get it wrong from time to time.
Near term drilling in Italy and Argentina could provide some speculative interest in the stock, and Euroz (and others) might be banking on selling into that.
Based on fundamentals, OEL has a fair chunk of exploration upside factored in which makes it more expensive than many other oilers trading at net cash plus NPV of 2P reserves.
Will watch with interest.
