sorry you have lost 22k , it is a lot of money and if that is a major part of your portfolio maybe you need to look at bank roll management , i learned bankroll management from my poker days which i was succesful live and online player , my return tax free was nearly 30% over probably around 10 years , i only stopped playing as online poker was stopped legally in australia and it used to take a lot of time
basically if my bankroll went up i would play higher stake games if it went down i would play lower stake games, the mistake a lot of people made is when they got a taste of the higher stake games they couldnt go back to the lower stakes because the thrill wasnt there , i lost my bank plenty of times but started again low and built to higher stakes , when i started investing i used the same thought patterns and have succesfully built my buy in to a company from 1k initially to 2k to 3k to 4k to 5k to 6k (jumped the 7k mark) to 8k the last few trades, over the last few weeks ive lost around 14k of my portfolio on paper but still had a 15500 profit for november which during the month got me to a few 8k trades , i am now back to 6k trades and if i dont move forward will go back down the ladder for as long as it takes
I also use risk management of .5% of my portfolio as a loss so if my portfolio is 150k i sell if my share gets to 750 loss and move on , when i started i used a risk management of 2% which is needed due to 1k buy in and not incuring to much in brokerage , basically you have to risk a bit when low same as poker to get the bank started , as i move up in portfolio size i de risk in this case to .5% loss, if i had a million id probably run a .25% loss at higher buy ins , i want to ensure that i dont lose my bank , what im saying is that if a trade has made you cry then you are investing out of your depth or comfort zone and you need to look at how much your investing and where/why , have exit plans etc

As far as cnb goes i am fortunate to have entered at 10c and have de risked half , in saying that i also wont be selling any of what i have until at least i know whats in the ground , the management buying carikaya put up (great post by the way) should make you feel more comfortable , i know i do , good luck with your trading and dont give up just study hard and build again and dont take posts as personally as you are , to play in the penny stock arena you have to be a bit steely or you will fail , there are plenty of opportunites out there in this playground that can change your life
