I think you will find that VoIP will end up a vehicle for other value add services sold in the more traditional way, such as broadband, advertising and of course low cost calling. when VoIP first hit the market in a big way in 2003 -2004 the margins were far greater around 300% markup but like most things the guts have been cut out of it and it becomes just part of a bigger picture.
