The below tender could be a real winner , schedule 1 on page 30 show the total collections by external agencies is $105 million which was based on Centrelink debts only. Traditionally Medicare and child support have been handled internally but sending a white labeled text with the ability to set up a payment plan may well change this and it might be utilised by Medicare and Child Support.
Payment is based on commision rate outlined on page 49 so a debt for say $1000 with a 10% CR ($100) could/might be solved with a 3 cents text, Brenton has said the digital collection business has a 90% margin but really it could be a lot more.
