To me it clearly reads as the offer is only available for a limited time - so be quick!
and the "limited stock" note at the bottom would probably refer to the amount of stock offered at the discount... i.e. first 1000 orders placed under the promotion get the deal. Then it is over. Not an uncommon limitation since there are needs to budget, and manage production output.
