I think you might be missing the point that the Fed is expanding the money supply and trying to expand the IMF so the exploitation of the global economy by the US can continue at a larger scale. When the USD arrives in a new region to be developed courtesy of the IMF, the resources there actually support the USD and weakens the local currency. Basically, if the USD doesn't snake its way into other parts of the globe big time, the US is not going to pay back the debt obviously, so holders of USD and US taxpayers are going to be royally screwed. That's why the Fed isn't concerned that AIG bailout money ends up over in Germany or where ever. The more people spending the USD outside the US, the more the US gets away with having a pretend economy.

Notice all these plans etc are starting to get as confused as the ones that got us into this mess? The tangled web they weave when they practice to deceive.
