This is heading the same way as KLL raising of april. Sad, but let's see if Tony can convince insto's to stump up more.
SH and Insto faith will no doubt be hit very hard. You can't raise in August, say we're done, and then fail to meet debt requirements (epa approval) just 3 months later.
I've been a big fan of Tony in the past, but he's got some work to regain our trust.
