Probably not a good sign when OH was singled out by Swan for an excessive termination payment, something he has vowed to prevent in the future. I hope he knows that this payment was rejected by shreholders but overturned by the board. Maybe Swan is making the board 'stew' for doing that ? If the MM deal doesn't go through, for whatever reason, then their jobs are toast too ! MAybe Swan will engineer this as a just outcome ??? Who knows but a decision is needed and fast !
