Let me tell you whats really going on.
The shorters know with a new CEO if a company has bad news they will get it out of the way before he comes so as to provide a clean slate. They also know if a company has good news it will hold it back until the CEO arrives so he can bask in the glow. Now the market knows the new CEO starts in January, they also know they can manipulate the price until he starts because the company will not attack until then. This is the real manipulative reason for the decline - absolutely nothing nothing fundamental.
