The actual rights issue is not run by the company, the share registry are the ones who process it. Last one I was involved could all be done online, but if you have not opted out of receiving paper, it will be mailed to you as well.
The only paper sent to me that I can’t opt out from receiving is Chess statements, but that’s because the ASX was created 30 years ago and they are dinosaurs Who can’t update their systems without causing major outages.
