Similar to how (IThink), New Zealand does it.
Electric Vehicles will be putting Wear and Tear, on the Roads, and soon enough, there may not be enough Taxes raised, by Ice Vehicles.
OK, that may not be, for another 10 Years, but a lot of People, are expecting it to happen sooner.
