I'm confident the wines will not make it to 2021. Poor things.
I'm trying, really trying, to get myself up for Xmas.
The Melbourne lockdown has really shut down our expressive thoughts.
I'm going to put time into recipes (ala sauces).
Then probably do something I never do. And that's to order $500 of fresh seafood so we can just chill and try and forget the year.
I'm thinking San choy bau to start. But loaded with a great sauce, Chinese sausage, prawns, and lobster.
Eff it. I'm over 2020.
