I think it's more of a threat from commsec... says you "may be charged" but ....mmm... no. They get their $ back, and you get the chance to trade an extra couple of days if an announcement comes. They may fine me $100 I dunno... make your trade big enough for the $100 to be negligible.
make 3k last week, lost 3k this week. Guh. Off those 200k buys, 1 pip up = $1,000ish but hey, lets not all buy tomorrow or next Thur will be ugly.
