Well have a few stories in play here fundamentally: NSW govt considering 'depenalisation' of drugs (precursor to legislation marijuana), House of Representatives (USA) to consider a bill to decriminalise Marijuana on Thursday and U.N. Reclassifies Cannabis as a Less Dangerous Drug.

All positive news catalysts for cannabis worldwide, and also Australia.

Whilst I dont think the UN headline is really going to make a different to bottomline, the real news I think is coming with “Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act of 2019, which I believe is tonight, so if it goes through can see huge positive sentiment in USA , boosting the sector, and then see how long we can ride that wave.

Interesting side note for me is its like groundhog day in the sense I remember 2017 in December being very similar to this, both crypto and cannabis stocks going crazy, and now looks to be the same thing again. My lesson will be learnt this time though, when the hype dies down I will cash out and trade the money elsewhere... but lets hope the hype can bring us higher, Im really hope for .30 + on MMJ. Dont think I will take out before then.

Then technically you have MMJ having highest volume traded all year, 6.2 million shares traded today, a normal day we are only trading around 330k, so today around 20 times the normal volume, nearly $1million going through, and also busting through 52 week high, so breaking through high on volume. Is a good sign technically. Lets hope for a good Christmas present and seeing .30+ next month
