There are certainly a lot of questions that need answering. As I said before I was of the view that the decision not to continue digging etc was not discretionary - but clearly there are now two key issues here.

Firstly others don't appear to have downed tools and secondly, as Col8 states, no one else appears to have waited for this long for a renewal (this may be incorrect)

It makes you wonder how long we might remain paralysed - if there is no choice, so be it - but if there is discretion to be exercised I would make a plea that activity resume in time to give longstanding option holders some hope.
