Well at long last the judgment in the patent infringement case has been handed down.

Patent is affirmed, RavenQuest are slapped on the wrist and told not to do it again. George and his associated companies get off scot free.

As between the parties, Canadian Patent No. 2, 908,184 is valid and subsisting, and claims 1 to 7 were infringed by the Defendant, Ravenquest Biomed Inc. ("Ravenquest"), by its manufacturing, sale, and distribution of orbital gardens; 2.
