if this breaks 50c today, we'll see a very fast rise to $1. imo. very rare for a stock to do this but as it stands RFE significantly undervalued. Buying on weakness. broker updates to come i would think. market is desperate for a growth story, minimal future dilution. RFE fits the bill.
