Good reference to the ASX trading by law. If EM1 were all above board, shares would be trading after Monday when the initial numbers were released and queries were answered. The ASX dont take 4 business days to review answers unless theyre preparing to ask more questions. Must be the tricky Perth timezone a lot of holders are referring to.
With no correspondence from the company since Monday, it has been awfully quiet.
