Reminds of the Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner, (S T Coleridge) who killed the albatross. It was hung around his neck and they were becalmed for ages. Water, water, everywhere and not a drop to drink.... sounds like ROC.
Think the African adventure is a millstone around the ROC neck. Anything put into that part of Africa is money down the drain. Australians dont have much faith in black Africa, wont buy in. The instos know it and concur. Perhaps they could prove it up a bit more and sell it at a good profit?
