Yuyu,
Orbis strategy so far has been very costly! Glad I am not holding units purchased in high 30's at present. One million CER at say 38 cents purchase means Orbis has converted $380,000 to about $24,000 currently.
CER purchases under 2 cents could give huge gains if timing is right.
Assume I million at 2 cents ($20,000 exc. brokerage costs), assuming no dilution in the future, 10 cents occurred in Jan 2009, so even at these figures CER is a highly speculative play with big returns in the right circumstances (10 cents =$100,000).
Now you know why I watch CER.
Please note no investment advice is given in this post, please do your own research as CER is a high risk, speculative share.
Regards
Buffett
