    On the face of it looks like buttering up retail shareholders prior to voting at the AGM for performance shares.
    .05c each, 20M on offer ... minimum purchase $1,000K, maximum $30,000
    Not sure how I feel about it ....
    But I will more than likely take up full entitlement, so that probably answers the question !
