I might be wrong Immetoday but my take on strategy is following steps;
1. launch platform with cheap as games to prove model and gain initial cashflow - use prizes not game quality initially as draw
2. confidence and cash from step 1 to invest in resources to improve platform and seek out higher grade games to license - maintain prizes focus
3. launch initial "premium" platform which I'd guess is just an iteration but with better games on offer, now go back get subs from those that needed the better games and ask non-premiums to pay a little more to upgrade. Bigger prizes.
4. Find other revenues inc ads etc.to sponsor prizes given proof of numbers (not hope).
5. use subs numbers/cash to draw bigger games / alliances / partnerships that were not possible before
Main thing is, none of us would expect that step 1 above is "it". The 6 mth (April 21) target for 100k subs I think is reliant upon steps 1-4 playing out, not step 1 only - and they've already flagged this a few times. Step 5 in this time frame would be a bonus but if it comes anytime in 2021 then the trajectory from where this started in 2020 is great.
Main thing for now is, cash is already inbound and use is underway (step 1)
