I'm certainly not excusing Gino if he has found to be somehow held personally responsible for shareholders losses. I am simply pointing out he doesn't seem to have a track record of incompetence or whatever the legal requirements are to find a director liable for your losses as MTC would be case in point. I'm sure he want to get MLS's share price up too!
