I’m pretty sure when they submit it through the portal they put a release date, this would be the earliest of which it can be released. that’s the control a company would have. Anytime after that is subject to approval. Although it wouldn’t surprise me if the targeted release date is at 4 pm this afternoon after close to give people the whole weekend to get excited and start the bidding early on Monday…
