What sort of comment is that? Previous note holders backed out - so it stands to reason the management team will attempt to re finance. There was nothing wrong with their "deal making style" last time - the GFC apparently frightened the bond holders out. The subsequent settlement has been on terms relatively favourable to LYC - and has shed some light on the ability to re raise funds with its assets now unencumbered, hence todays price action up 30%.
You may have been following for "a coupole of years" but your comment is no better informed than an off the cuff remark, despite your disclaimer.
