Thanks guys - appreciate the comments. I doubt we will see below 25 again.... really is just a minipulation of price levels at the moment. Once buyers start coming back, the whole ball game will change - just need to put up with this inconvenience and add patience... I purchased more at 32 (my original buy was at 30 - should have left it there)... quite conident we'll be closer 37 within the week.
