Looking at the daily chart for this stock (and knowing very little about the company's fundamentals) I am confident it is headed for a short term spike.
The bollinger bands are forming a nice pincer combined with inclining moving averages.
It is hard to say how far away the spike is but I think (at a guess) it is at least 5 trading days away.
I base this on the declining MACD and the Slow Stochastic which is yet to cross but will tomorrow or the day after.
Until the bollinger bands tighten a bit more I expect it to trade sideways.
When it does spike I would think it will rise above a dollar quite easily. After that I will re-asses but it will be tempting to take my profits.
