Bring in the lawyers EM1 BOD and sue the ASX. This suspension has no legal merit and ASX compliance need to be held to account for the pain and suffering of shareholders and damage they have done to EM1's reputation. BOD should also engage lawyers to sue HC members for defamation and slander. Maybe HC themselves should be sued for allowing this slander to occur openly and without members being banned permanently. As i have said previously EM1 business is disruptive tech and that's why my son invested and EM1 has executed exactly as i thought it would and promised shareholders. This suspension is unlawful. Please BOD if you read hot copper then please act and bring in the lawyers.
