My assumption at this point is that CHEL found a buyer for the debt and wanted to return the company to new directors in order for the new sole secured creditor to send in receivers.
That should make for a speedy process with the mess of the previous VA out of the way.
I am leaning towards a sale of the company or assets to a vehicle that will also hold the recently purchased Cowan assets.
