I'll re phrase, most states that Biden won have certified the result, once a state certifies an election result it becomes official. That is why Trump has tried to stop the certifying the results. Once they are certified that's it, it becomes official that Biden has won the state and the EC votes that come with it. So far Biden has 279 EC votes officially

Three more states won by Mr Biden — Colorado, Hawaii and New Jersey — have not yet certified their results. Once the do Biden will have 306 EC votes offically, again this is just a formality

Only thing that can change is if the EC voters become faithless voters, hardly ever happens and when it has happen it's only a very few and Trump would need a hell of a lot of faithless EC voters
