Rolla, FAR and CNE are responsible to their own shareholders. Doesn't mean that because they were outplayed by WPL that abdicates the responsibility of FAR or CNE management to protect their shareholders. One can believe that FAR is responsible for bad decisions and that Woodside made it difficult for their partners at the same time.
Just my opinion however.
