Rolla what's your point? I dont think I have ever commented on the terms of the finance? I agree binding was the word they used and clearly it wasn't, that is most certainly a management failure Having said that, we may have kept the finance if the cost was 40% lower.... Wpl shafted the JV with cost at the death and damn near cost all shareholders their cash.
