Whilst Joe may be good at spruiking I think Legend would also like to have
- major project status,
- no native title impediments,
- less than $150 per tonne production cost,
- bucket loads of DSO quality Phosphate at 30%+P2O5
-less stringent regulatory requirements
and the relevant Minister popping into their head office for a chat every once in a while.
