Mmex - i will see u there. most of the MMX posters are trying to give the impression that they are lawyers the way they prattle on about their already determined outcome of this case.the case is i believe scheduled to go for two weeks however i would be surprised if it goes more than a week. it is highly unlikely that it will drag on for months/years although, if MMX lose, they presumably will have the right of appeal. i might add I am not a lawyer - perhaps Cranswick QC is in a better position to tell us all.
