I don't believe that this could run to anything near a $360 market cap without something big to trigger it.... NASDAQ listing if it is valued at a ridiculous level, perhaps.... Generating tens of millions of dollars in profit.
You're normally believable when you post here, even if a little optimistic... but I think a $3 share price soon is unrealistic.
