    The main take away from today's news is that the suspension by ASX is now vindicated to be completely fair and justified. The consultation with ASIC part is obviously true, and listing rules have in fact been breached. ISX's current court case has basically fallen apart out of court. Shareprice volatility was merely a contributing factor and was never the main reason.
